Jeff Miller is Vice President of Capture at AbleVets. He leads the center of excellence for capture management and sales operations, including bid strategies, pricing, teaming and proposal and pipeline management. Mr. Miller also oversees multiple account segments within AbleVets’ Department of Veterans Affairs portfolio to include our Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) and Veteran Experience Office (VEO) portfolios. Miller directs and provides executive leadership over key programs within this portfolio to include VBA PA&I’s Enterprise Data Warehouse program and VEO’s Contact Center Modernization Operations contract. Additionally, Miller serves as the lead for strategic portions of our Veterans Health Administration (VHA) account to include oversight for our Joint Legacy Viewer (JLV) and Community Viewer (CV) Agile Development Contract, Caregiver Tool (CareT) Development & Sustainment Contract, and others. Miller also serves as AbleVets’ VA T4NG and VETS 2 Program Manager.

Prior to AbleVets, Miller held senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility for Big Four firms, including Accenture Federal Services (AFS) and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he served VA and Department of Defense (DoD) customers. As a Principal for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Defense Market Leadership team, Miller was a key leader within its $700M/year DoD Chief Information Officer (DoD CIO) account. At AFS and Agilex (acquired by AFS), Miller provided leadership across capture, business development, account management and project delivery to support large-scale DoD and VA engagements, applying his technical and consulting background to develop successful IT strategies and improve mission outcomes in collaboration with senior agency leadership.
