Only 75 companies – out of 2,000+ applicants – make the cut

CHANTILLY, Va. – September 9, 2019 – AbleVets LLC, a leading provider of advanced health IT solutions for government, today announced that it is one of this year’s 75 Fastest Growing Companies in Greater Washington according to the Washington Business Journal (WBJ). Selection for the 2019 list is based on average percentage growth in revenue across 2016, 2017 and 2018, with revenue reported by AbleVets and confirmed by accounting firm Cherry Bekaert LLP.

WBJ’s Fastest Growing Companies awards program dates back more than 20 years and is considered among the publication’s most prestigious annual honors. WBJ reports that a record number of 2,000+ private, locally based companies competed for the honor this year. WBJ will reveal the rank order of the 75 firms at an awards dinner to be held on October 24, 2019.

AbleVets Founder and CEO Wyatt Smith shared, “We are proud to be recognized as one of the area’s fastest growing companies and included on this prestigious list. This achievement is an outgrowth of strategic planning initiatives we’ve successfully put in place to drive organic growth and bring our portfolio of outstanding health IT solutions to military and civilian markets beyond our current client base. It also reflects our firm’s reputation for delivering value to our clients in a timely and cost-effective way no matter how great the challenge. I congratulate our entire staff on this accomplishment and have every confidence that their focus on excellence will continue to propel significant corporate growth.”
